Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in achieving store sales goals by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain the store's visual standards and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Support the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of store events and promotions.
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
