Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Coach products and brand heritage to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
