Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service to retail clients and build lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets within the outlet environment.
- Perform daily store operations including merchandising, stock handling, visual standards and point-of-sale procedures.
- Collaborate proactively with peers, store management and external partners to ensure smooth store functioning and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably with luxury, premium or outlet brands.
- Professional demeanor: honest, courteous, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable track record in closing sales.
Experience
At least 2 years of retail or luxury goods sales experience, ideally in outlet or premium-brand environments, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
Education
Associate degree or above.
