Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience.
  • Create personalized customer relationships and leave lasting positive impressions.
  • Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion awareness.
  • Execute local sales strategies and adapt to changes in the market.
  • Maintain store standards in operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Promote a team-oriented environment and foster collaboration among colleagues.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Proficiency in using technology for sales and clienteling. Capability to manage multiple tasks and customers simultaneously. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail environment is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
