Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion awareness.
- Drive sales through effective clienteling and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Ensure operational tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to Coach standards.
- Support inventory processes and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
