Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure exceptional customer service and drive sales results.
  • Create positive first impressions and build ongoing customer relationships through personalized experiences.
  • Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations consistently.
  • Stay informed about local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
  • Leverage cross-selling skills to enhance sales and encourage product add-ons.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
  • Participate in store inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment, promoting trust and collaboration among colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
