Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with management.
- Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics, driving results through effective sales strategies.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating fashion awareness and product knowledge.
- Build and sustain ongoing customer relationships through personalized service.
- Execute daily operational tasks, ensuring adherence to Coach standards in visual merchandising and store maintenance.
- Support inventory processes, including stock replenishment and cash-wrap operations.
- Adapt to changing business needs, maintaining a solution-oriented and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
