Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations at all times.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Ensure daily operational tasks are completed without impacting service or standards, including maintaining store appearance and inventory.
- Support store inventory processes by processing shipments and replenishing the sales floor.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
