Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service consistent with Coach’s Selling and Service Models, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
  • Drive sales through proactive clienteling, relationship building, cross-selling and by developing personal sales strategies in partnership with management.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge—features, benefits, pricing and current promotions—to effectively communicate product value and close sales.
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain the sales floor and backroom to Coach standards, ensuring a clean, organized presentation at all times.
  • Execute daily operational tasks including inventory replenishment, stock processing, and accurate transaction handling at cash-wrap.
  • Utilize Coach tools and technology to support clienteling and sales activities, and responsibly follow POS, operations and asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt to local market dynamics and support execution of localized sales tactics to meet store performance objectives.
  • Collaborate in a team-selling environment, foster trust and teamwork, accept feedback and adjust behaviors to improve results.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while tailoring the approach to individual needs and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or premium service environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Comfortable with physical aspects of retail: frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs), occasional lifts up to 50 lbs, and tasks requiring bending, kneeling and prolonged standing.
  • Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
  • Demonstrable commercial drive and customer focus, with strong interpersonal and adaptability competencies.

Experience

1–3 years of prior sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships.

Education
