Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Kenwood, OH — deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and support store operations for Coach retail.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences by applying Coach’s Selling and Service models; cultivate lasting relationships through personalised clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets by developing short- and long-term selling strategies, sourcing new clients and leveraging cross-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge — features, benefits, pricing and promotional strategy — to communicate product value and close sales.
- Operate the cash wrap and process customer transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, found orders) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean, organised sales floor consistent with Coach style guidelines.
- Support inventory operations: receive and process shipments, replenish the sales floor, maintain stockroom organisation and assist with stock counts.
- Use Coach tools and technology (Mobile POS, clienteling platforms, iPad/laptop) to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Foster a collaborative, team-selling environment; provide constructive feedback and adapt behaviours based on coaching and performance metrics.
- Remain solution-oriented and adaptable to changing store needs and peak trading periods, including nights, weekends and holiday events.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of frontline sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client acquisition/retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Demonstrable customer service aptitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read customer cues and tailor the sales approach.
- Physical capability to work a fast-paced retail environment, including frequent bending, lifting up to 25 lbs (regular) and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and peak holiday trading days.

Experience
1–3 years of prior sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail or fashion environment with proven familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
