Coach in Giverny, FR seeks a Sales Associate (35 hrs) to deliver Coach Service and achieve store sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and productivity targets using Coach selling methodologies and the Coach Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and reinforces brand positioning.
  • Manage the sales floor with high energy: serve multiple customers, prioritise enquiries, and drive conversion.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions, representing Coach’s values and merchandising standards.
  • Participate as an engaged team member to meet store performance objectives and support store initiatives.
  • Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and basic store housekeeping to maintain a premium environment.
  • Demonstrate professional ethics and compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention practices.

Qualifications

  • Very good English proficiency (essential).
  • Availability to work a 35‑hour weekly schedule and retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver consistent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage diverse customer profiles.
  • Able to multitask on the sales floor and adapt quickly during busy service periods.
