Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models to enhance customer experience and drive sales results.
  • Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics, creating strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Coach’s Selling and Service expectations consistently.
  • Adapt to local market changes and support the execution of local sales strategies.
  • Engage in clienteling by sourcing new customers and maintaining productive relationships.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-sell and recommend product add-ons tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure daily operational tasks are completed without compromising service or standards.
  • Support inventory processes, including shipment processing and stock replenishment.
  • Assist at the cash-wrap for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and a clean selling floor.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience

1-3 years of prior sales experience in a luxury retail service setting.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
