Role & Responsibilities

  • Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement personal sales strategies in collaboration with the management team.
  • Maintain awareness of personal and store metrics, and develop strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
  • Adapt to changes in the local market and support the execution of local sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customers through personalized experiences.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

Skills

Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Creativity in developing sales strategies and solutions. Proficiency in using technology for sales and clienteling efforts.

Experience

1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
