Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash wrap: greet customers, capture names/emails where permitted, process transactions accurately, manage cash and POS media, suggest add-ons and sell gift cards, and deliver a courteous close to each interaction.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments and transfers: scan cartons, verify store details, report discrepancies to Store Management, and process stock according to Coach standards and timelines.
  • Maintain and organize the stockroom and any offsite warehouse space; shift and prioritize product to respond to sell-through and new arrivals.
  • Manage stock levels and ownership across back-of-house and sales floor, prepare and execute regular cycle counts, and participate in scheduled physical inventory counts.
  • Support sales floor operations: replenish assigned zones, execute visual merchandising directives, communicate product details and availability to customers, and assist the sales team as needed.
  • Uphold company Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards across sales floor and stock areas.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cash register systems, Mobile POS, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Internet).
  • Physical ability to work at a fast pace, frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, kneeling and climbing as required.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holiday high‑traffic retail periods.

Experience

1–3 years of previous retail experience, ideally in a luxury retail or branded-store environment, with hands-on cashier and stockroom responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
