Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve business goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach's standards and policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to enhance customer loyalty and market presence.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a talent bench in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.

Skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt and manage multiple roles within the store environment. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members.

Experience

1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

Education
