Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail or luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
