Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and sales performance at the outlet location.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand representation.
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to maintain store standards.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail or luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within retail, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
