Role & Responsibilities
- Model exemplary performance behaviors to influence sales and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Leverage retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Coach and develop team members to meet performance goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
