Role & Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales by modeling and coaching Coach’s selling and service standards, including active clienteling and relationship development.
- Execute daily operational responsibilities to Coach standards, including use of POS, inventory procedures, and retail reporting tools.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team; set individual and team goals, provide regular feedback and support professional development.
- Implement store strategies and initiatives across product categories to maximize productivity and meet financial targets.
- Manage customer escalations and complex service situations with discretion; collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager as needed.
- Support recruitment, staffing decisions and scheduling to optimize coverage for high-traffic periods and promotional events.
- Represent the brand in the local market through community and mall initiatives to build brand loyalty and drive footfall.
- Maintain merchandising, store presentation and building upkeep in partnership with corporate operations resources.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and hold them accountable to targets.
- Comfortable using cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic retail reporting tools.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom; frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of prior retail experience (cashier/stock, sales or similar), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment with direct selling and supervisory responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
