Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations at the Beverly Center boutique, ensuring adherence to Coach visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, setting clear targets, and monitoring KPI attainment.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and customer service; manage complex client enquiries and high-value transactions with discretion.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to minimise shrink and ensure product availability.
  • Implement opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS reconciliation; enforce loss-prevention and compliance protocols.
  • Develop team capability through on‑the‑job coaching, feedback, and participation in learning programs; manage shift rosters and daily staffing.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and regional managers to execute promotions, product launches and localized marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury or premium retail, typically 2+ years with demonstrated sales leadership.
  • Strong clienteling and customer service orientation, with experience handling high-value clients and discreet service interactions.
  • Sound numeracy and cash-handling integrity; familiarity with retail reporting and basic P&L concepts.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
