Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and model exemplary selling and service behaviors; drive sales performance through personal selling and team selling.
- Implement and enforce store sales strategies, initiatives and clienteling programs to achieve individual and store financial targets.
- Supervise daily floor operations, including staff assignments, productivity management and merchandising standards.
- Recruit, coach and develop store personnel; provide frequent performance feedback and foster individual growth.
- Use retail systems and reporting tools to monitor results, inform decisions and ensure POS and operational compliance.
- Manage store upkeep and operational tasks to Coach standards, adapting priorities to business needs and traffic patterns.
- Act as a local brand ambassador to build customer loyalty through community and mall initiatives and exceptional service.
- Resolve customer issues proactively, escalating to Store or District Manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail or customer‑service environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to coach others to improve performance.
- Demonstrated interpersonal savvy, customer focus and ability to manage ambiguity in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Physical ability to perform retail tasks including frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock, sales, or similar), preferably in a luxury retail service environment with knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
