Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities.
- Develop and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
