Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model sales and operational processes to achieve store success.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Develop and enforce sales strategies to drive growth across all categories.
- Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering brand loyalty and business in the local market.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Adhere to all Coach retail policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
