Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities and values.
  • Model and develop team adherence to Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
  • Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
  • Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
  • Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, building credibility and trust.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Develop and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
  • Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
  • Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.

Experience

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
