Lead Supervisor
Coach in Bluffton, SC seeks a Lead Supervisor to lead sales, coach the team and manage store operations in a luxury retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through active floor leadership, personal selling and team coaching to achieve store and individual targets.
- Model and enforce Coach’s selling and service standards, including clienteling strategies and relationship-building practices.
- Coach, develop and hold the sales team accountable for personal sales, productivity metrics and use of company tools.
- Partner with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt selling techniques and store-level strategies to meet business priorities.
- Manage daily retail operations to Coach standards: POS operations, inventory handling, visual upkeep and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Use retail systems and reporting tools to inform decisions and monitor business performance.
- Recruit and support staffing decisions to optimize coverage and sales results; manage scheduling and availability expectations.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach and escalate to store or district leadership when appropriate.
- Represent the brand in the local community and participate in market/mall initiatives and events to drive brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven ability to coach and develop retail teams, with measurable results in sales or productivity.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience using POS and retail reporting systems to drive decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy and demonstrated capacity to manage customer escalations.
- Physical ability to perform retail tasks including frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail events.

1–3 years of prior retail experience (sales, cashier or stock roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment with up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
