Lead Supervisor
Coach in Anchorage, AK is hiring a Lead Supervisor to drive sales, coach teams and manage daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Model and coach the sales team to deliver Coach’s selling and service standards, driving individual and store sales performance.
- Execute and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across categories; leverage floor assignment to maximize team productivity and multi-customer selling.
- Develop and maintain clienteling activities and customer relationships to grow lifetime value and repeat business.
- Partner with Store and Assistant Store Managers to adapt store strategies, staffing and personal selling techniques to achieve financial targets.
- Oversee daily store operations to Coach standards, including POS and operational procedures, inventory handling and store upkeep.
- Provide regular feedback, development and performance coaching to team members; delegate responsibilities and foster team growth.
- Represent the brand in the local market through events and partnerships to build brand loyalty and community presence.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail experience (sales, cashier, stock) — preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrable customer focus with current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail days.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and sustained sales-floor activity.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of prior retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment, with demonstrated results in selling, clienteling and frontline supervisory responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
