Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and inventory management software.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within retail sales, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
