Coach is hiring a Cashier II (Sales Support Associate) in Merrimack, NH — retail role focused on POS, stockroom operations and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the cash wrap: greet customers, operate POS accurately, execute email/name capture where permitted, and close transactions with a strong brand impression.
- Support sales through suggestive selling, gift card promotion, and timely communication with sales team and management regarding customer needs and stock availability.
- Receive, scan and process incoming shipments and transfers; verify carton and store information and notify management of discrepancies.
- Manage back-of-house inventory: organize stockroom, replenish sales floor, conduct cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventories.
- Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards on the sales floor; react to sell-through and adjust product presentation and allocation as directed.
- Adhere to company loss prevention procedures and maintain cash/POS media in compliance with Coach policies.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Physical ability to perform fast-paced retail work, including frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional lifting of cartons up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to comply with company scheduling and availability expectations.

Experience
1–3 years of prior retail experience with hands-on cashier and stockroom responsibilities; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
