Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the store alongside the Store Manager to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Build and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with Coach standards and service excellence.
• Role model Coach service behaviors and selling standards.
• Empower team members to solve customer issues and meet their needs.
• Inspire and motivate the team to exceed performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with store manager, peers, and corporate partners.
• Develop and implement plans to address key business issues.
• Manage time effectively to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
