Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage store financials, including budgeting and expense control.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience
