Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store in collaboration with the Store Manager to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Foster team building and staff development to achieve sales goals and maintain Coach standards.
- Provide exemplary leadership on the sales floor, setting the tone for service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to address key business issues and drive results.
- Communicate effectively with store management, team members, and corporate partners.

Qualifications
- Experience in a retail service environment in a management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
