Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
• Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Manage and mentor store staff, providing guidance and training to enhance team performance.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
