Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
  • Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management and loss prevention strategies.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness.
