Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store performance goals.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and customer service.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, staffing, and loss prevention.
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Recruit and onboard new talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
