Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver sales results through employee development and mentorship.
- Develop and implement sales strategies across all categories.
- Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage daily operational tasks including payroll, HR, and loss prevention.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail systems.
