Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
Education
