Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
