Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and adherence to Coach's standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to drive customer loyalty and business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and safety in collaboration with corporate office.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.

Skills

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and develop a team effectively. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptability and ability to handle ambiguity.

Experience

1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
