Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership and management of the sales team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure loss prevention policies are adhered to.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
