Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Monitor store performance and ensure alignment with company priorities and values.
  • Manage productivity by holding the management team accountable for personal and team contributions.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business through local events and initiatives.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, partnering with the Store Manager as needed.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide consistent feedback for continuous development.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks including sales, service expectations, payroll, and loss prevention.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and safety in partnership with the corporate office.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems such as inventory and sales reporting. Strong business acumen with strategic planning and budgeting capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and handle ambiguity effectively. Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Experience

1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
