Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
