Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
• Drive sales performance and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
