Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of store design concepts that align with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design projects meet budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings for store interiors.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality and consistency in store design.
  • Support the Store Design Manager in strategic planning and implementation of design projects.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in retail design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail design or a related field is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
