Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

- Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
Education
