Church's is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in London (Regent Street) to drive sales and deliver exemplary luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, conveying Church’s values and heritage while guiding clients through an elevated luxury client journey.
- Deliver exceptional in-store service that places the client at the centre, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
- Capture and maintain accurate client records in the company CRM to personalise outreach, nurture relationships and develop future sales opportunities.
- Adopt and promote an omni-channel mindset, supporting connected selling across in-store, phone and digital touchpoints.
- Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, engage in cross-selling across departments and work to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge including fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Uphold merchandising, visual display and stock procedures to ensure a luxury presentation of the salesfloor.
- Respond to and resolve client complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Contribute to store security and loss-prevention efforts to protect product integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering premium retail sales and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable history of achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with polished client-facing manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously when required, showing resilience and self-motivation.
- Deep interest in luxury, fashion, design and the product category managed; demonstrable product knowledge.
Skills
Experience
Several years of client-facing retail experience within luxury fashion or footwear, with a history of building repeat clientele and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or luxury sales training preferred.
