Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and meet customer needs, providing excellent service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment.
  • Provide an excellent in-store experience, proactively engaging in cross-selling to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
