Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying and promoting the brand philosophy and values to clients.
  • Maximize individual and team sales by providing an extraordinary luxury customer experience.
  • Place the customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs.
  • Capture customer data in the CRM to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent exceptional customer experience.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.
