Role & Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service, adhering to the 'client journey ceremony'.
Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, supporting diversity and inclusion.
Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset Problem-solving abilities Fluency in French and English

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
