Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to maintain and develop client relationships, offering personalized service and fostering future opportunities.
  • Promote an Omni Channel mindset, integrating various sales channels seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors, demonstrating comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security by being vigilant and preventing product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of the managed product category

Experience

Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management is required.
