Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end product development cycle for makeup launches, from concept briefs to commercial roll‑out and post‑launch follow‑up.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — R&D, packaging, supply chain, regulatory, production and retail — to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation: technical briefs, specification sheets, sample logs, and launch roadmaps.
- Compile market and competitor analyses, pricing benchmarking, and consumer insights to inform product positioning and assortment decisions.
- Produce clear presentations and status reports for internal teams and senior management; assist with visual material for trade and retail training.
- Track samples, organize evaluation panels and QC checks, and follow up on corrective actions with suppliers and manufacturers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Cosmetics/Beauty, Product Development, Business or a closely related field (apprenticeship format).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing professional presentations and reports.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to product specifications and quality control.
- Interest in luxury beauty, trends and colour cosmetics, with an aesthetic sensibility aligned to premium brands.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or academic projects in cosmetics, product development, marketing or retail are advantageous; prior exposure to luxury brands or makeup product lifecycles is preferred but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Cosmetics/Beauty, Product Development, Business or related discipline (apprenticeship).
