Christian Dior Couture — Wholesale Assistant (Internship), Paris. 6‑month internship from Sept 2026 supporting wholesale after‑sales, showrooms and operations.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and manage B2B returns: receive, inspect and record defective articles from international wholesale clients.
  • Coordinate dispatch of defective items to workshops or relevant departments for assessment and repair, and ensure timely return of repaired goods to clients.
  • Oversee operational and logistical follow‑up for returns and shipments, liaising closely with internal logistics teams to guarantee accurate preparation and flawless dispatch.
  • Support planning and execution of eight annual wholesale showrooms (four womenswear, four menswear): schedule appointments, manage operational planning and provide on‑site assistance.
  • Enter and register orders captured during showrooms into the sales/order management system.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and assorted documentation to support the Wholesale Business Unit.
  • Assist with calendar management, travel bookings, expense reports and the organisation of internal and external BU events.

Qualifications

  • Current student in a higher education programme (Bac+4/5 level) in business, commerce or management (university or grande école).
  • Fluent oral and written French and English; strong rédactional skills; additional language considered an asset.
  • High degree of organisation, rigour and attention to detail.
  • Respect for confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software, including MS Office.

Experience

Entry‑level / internship: open to current master‑level students with little or no prior professional experience. Previous exposure to wholesale, retail operations or logistics is a plus but not required.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in Commerce, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
